Recruiter I (Cleared Jobs Preferred)

Our client, a leading organization in the global sales and public sector support industry, is seeking a Recruiter I(High Level Security) to join their team. Great Team, Manager and Culture! As a Recruiter I, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition Department supporting high-volume security clearance recruiting for diverse teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Recruiter I (High Level Security) Location: Arlington, VA (100% Onsite) Pay Range: $30-33/hr. Job Type: 11-month contract with the potential for permanent hire/extension Schedule: M-F 9am-5pm (flexible on start/end time) Work for a great Manager, supportive/flexible, on a Great Team! (Collaborative environment: everyone helps each other in this group) Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle for high-volume security clearance roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, and onboarding. Utilize ATS systems such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Hire ATS, and Clearance Jobs to source and evaluate candidates effectively. Conduct interviews, check references, and extend offers to qualified candidates. Collaborate with a geographically dispersed team to meet hiring goals and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Maintain compliance with security and confidentiality requirements for sensitive roles. What we’re looking for 1-4 years' experience of corporate recruiting experience US Citizenship required to support cleared recruiting, solution architect or sales candidates Preferred: Public Sector recruiting experience sourcing cleared candidates Recent experience using AI tools and modern ATS systems, especially LinkedIn Recruiter and Hire ATS. Ability to work independently with a globally dispersed team, demonstrating strong organizational skills. Experience handling corporate candidates and managingrequisitions (12-15 reqs).
