Billing Representative

French & Parrello Associates (FPA) is seeking a Billing Representative for our Accounting Department in Wall, NJ. This position is in office and full-time.

Core Responsibilities

• Prepares and monitors project budgets
• Preparation and processing of invoices and contract documents
• Set up projects according to contract terms
• Monthly project budget reconciliation
• Weekly data entry of various company expenses
• Assist Project Managers with research and resolution of client questions
• Assist Project Managers with ad hoc reports
• Accounts receivable collection assistance
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to think critically and solve problems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Good time management skills

Required Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience in high volume billing preparation and/or general accounting.
• Experience with Deltek VantagePoint is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Programs specifically Excel
• Proficient with Adobe writer

Compensation

The projected compensation range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as experience, education and skill set.
