Your Role:

As a Home Health SLP, you’ll play a key role in helping patients regain their speech and language abilities, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and personalized care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home evaluations and assess speech/language function, adapting to the home environment
• Develop personalized care plans that address specific speech/language deficits
• Administer speech therapy programs using specialized techniques and/or equipment
• Collaborate with referring physicians and healthcare teams to create a cohesive care plan
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to support patient success

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA certification)
• Active SLP certification to practice
• Minimum of one year’s clinical experience in Speech-Language Pathology
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Current CPR certification
• Licensed driver with an insured vehicle in good condition
