Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will work with couples and families, conducting both joint sessions and individual therapy where necessary. You will address a variety of issues tailored to meet the nuanced needs of our clients. Specific responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify issues affecting family dynamics, such as alcohol abuse, conflict among family members, and communication difficulties.

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions that aim to improve relationships and resolve conflicts, including issues of grief and loss, job stress, and separation/divorce adjustments.

• Developing treatment plans that include measurable goals and progress tracking tailored to family units and individuals.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development to refine therapeutic techniques and improve care delivery.

• Documenting client progress and session notes in an electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve adults, children, and adolescents. You will focus on helping families navigate complex relational dynamics and mental health challenges, including blended families, mother/daughter conflicts, and medical issues affecting individual or family wellness. Qualifications\n
