Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients' needs and challenges, developing tailored treatment plans that reflect each client's unique circumstances.

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and psychiatrists, to create a cohesive care strategy for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through clinical supervision and training, remaining current with the latest research and trends in marriage and family therapy.

• Ensure adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality requirements to maintain the trust and security of client relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals and families seeking support for relationship issues, mental health challenges, and other life transitions. Your experience will enhance our ability to help those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health issues, empowering clients to achieve their personal and relational goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of New York.
\n
• A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, preferably focusing on substance abuse treatment, couples therapy, or family therapy.

• Strong knowledge of solution-focused interventions and evidence-based therapeutic methodologies.
\n
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Attractive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
