Experienced Business Development RepresentativeWe are currently taking applications for an experienced Business Development Representative for the Houma/Thibodaux & surrounding area. Duties/Responsibilities may not be limited to the following:Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients5 + years experience in Business DevelopmentExperience in sales with Staffing AgenciesDemonstrated ability in business-to-business (B2B) salesAbility and willingness to travel for meetings with prospective and existing clientsExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAnalytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solvingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBuilds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationshipsIdentifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcementsLocates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partnersDiscovers and explores business opportunitiesScreens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financialsEvaluates options and resolves internal prioritiesDevelops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operationsExamines risks and potentials for the business opportunitiesEstimates partners' needs and goalsIdentify and research potential clientsDevelop and maintain client relationshipsCoordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposalsCloses new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operationsProtects organization's value by keeping information confidentialEnhances organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requestsDriver's License/Identification CardSocial Security Card/Birth CertificateMust be able to pass a drug test. Must have reliable transportation.Salary (Based on Experience). Weekly Pay. Monday - Friday (Weekends as needed). Temp to Hire.
