Fortunato Fish & Oyster is currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team.

Our ideal candidate is kind, positive and works well with others. We at Fortunato believe in quality, consistency and working in a clean, organized and inclusive environment where respect and dignity is prioritized.

Excellent communication and organization skills needed. We are a fully scratch kitchen in need of a person that is committed to the food industry and wants to work for a growing company.

A history of working with Oysters, Pizza and Sushi would get top consideration. Our restaurant is upscale Italian with a focus on seafood and oyster raw bar including sushi.

Accountability, punctuality and forward thinking is a must. If you are that person and are looking for a new challenge, please respond to this post with your resume and availability.
