We are working with a well-established Baltimore-area law firm seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its busy Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with strong case management experience who enjoys working closely with attorneys, clients, medical providers, insurance representatives, and courts.

Responsibilities

• Manage Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury matters from intake through settlement, hearings, and/or trial preparation.
• Gather and organize medical records, evidence, and other case-related documentation.
• Assist attorneys with case preparation, filings, discovery, and hearing or trial materials.
• Communicate professionally with clients, insurance carriers, medical providers, attorneys, and court personnel.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare correspondence and other legal documents as needed.
• Provide administrative and case management support to attorneys throughout the life of each matter.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paralegal experience preferred, particularly within Workers' Compensation, Personal Injury, or Litigation.
• Strong understanding of Workers' Compensation claims and case processes.
• Experience managing cases from intake through resolution.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are strongly preferred.
• Experience with case management software such as Filevine is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Windows, and Adobe. xhyhwjd
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced legal environment.
