Redmond Veterinary is a brand-new hospital opening in late Fall 2026 in downtown Redmond, WA, and part of the Cara Veterinary network of neighborhood veterinary practices. As one of the first Team Members at our newest hospital, you'll have the unique opportunity to help shape the culture, standards, and client experience from day one.

Our Veterinary Receptionists are often the first and last people our clients interact with, making this role an incredibly important part of the hospital experience. We want to provide clients and their pets with the kind of exceptional care and service they cannot get anywhere else, so it's important that you're as good with people as you are with pets.

This means you should be someone who:

• enjoys connecting with people and making them feel welcome
• communicates clearly, professionally, and compassionately
• can confidently manage phones, appointment scheduling, and client communications
• stays organized while balancing multiple priorities
• understands the importance of accurate medical records and client information
• is comfortable discussing invoices, collecting payments, and assisting clients with financial questions
• is reliable and trustworthy
• works well as part of a team
• shows adaptability and resilience
• can remain calm and empathetic during difficult or emotional situations
• is able to obtain and maintain a Washington State Veterinary Medical Clerk License
• is excited about helping build and shape a new hospital team
