Description - Your Responsibilities

• Evaluate test results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform regular maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Help with specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.
• Accurately document all procedures, onboard new team members or students, and uphold high standards of lab quality.
• Ensure a clean and safe laboratory environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of hire.
• Maintain active certification throughout employment.
