About this role: We are looking for a Corporate Marketing Manager who leads the development and execution of integrated marketing programs that drive profitable business growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement. Combines hands-on campaign management with strategic planning, serving as a trusted partner to business leaders and senior management. Operates with a high degree of independence, managing complex initiatives from concept through execution while influencing key business decisions. Main Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and programs aligned with business objectives. Translate business priorities into effective marketing plans. Own end-to-end planning, implementation, measurement, and optimization of marketing initiatives. Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to maximize return on investment. Lead large-scale marketing projects and cross-functional initiatives involving Commercial teams, Product, Data, HR, Operations, and other stakeholders. Analyze campaign performance and market trends to provide actionable recommendations and improve results. Leadership & Stakeholder Management Serve as a key marketing partner to directors, vice presidents, and senior leadership. Present marketing strategies, campaign results, and business recommendations to executive audiences. Influence business decisions through data-driven insights and market expertise. Build strong relationships across functions to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals. Operate independently with minimal oversight while managing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations. Qualifications: Industry knowledge, insurance, Insurtech’s, financial services (Over 2 years in mentioned industries) Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field (master’s preferred). 2-3 years in a Marketing Manager role (at least 5 years in Marketing) Proven success in managing multi-regional marketing strategies LATAM market experience is highly desirable, experience in other international markets a plus. Fluency in English and Spanish required. Skills: A highly collaborative and results-oriented marketing professional who combines strong strategic thinking with a hands-on execution mindset - Must be able to define, design, develop. Comfortable working directly with senior leaders, influencing decisions, and driving initiatives from strategy through implementation while maintaining accountability for measurable business outcomes.
