Beginning August 25th, this role is designed to cover a leave through December 18th, with a possibility to extend for candidates seeking the full school year through May 28th. You'll collaborate with educators and support students across several schools, enjoying flexibility in scheduling and the chance to practice leadership by managing your caseload.

Key Qualifications:

• Active COTA licensure in Missouri
• Experience in educational or pediatric therapy settings preferred
• Strong organizational abilities to independently schedule and manage student sessions
• Effective communication skills for teamwork with faculty and engagement with students
• Commitment to serving the unique needs of school-aged children

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to a caseload of approximately 32 students, totaling around 800 minutes weekly
• Serve students across different sites, ensuring consistent, high-quality care in each assigned building
• Collaborate with other professionals in evaluating progress and adjusting strategies as needed
• Create a personalized weekly schedule with initial oversight, adapting to meet students’ needs
• Complete timely documentation and comply with school policies and procedures

This is a full-time role, generally 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, covering 7.5-hour days. As you move between elementary, middle, and high school settings, you’ll build relationships and gain diverse experience, all while maintaining autonomy over your routine and making a meaningful difference during the school year.
