Team Lead
The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates for Team Leads on 2nd shift in the Erlanger, KY area. This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement! Compensation/Shift/Benefits of the Team Lead
$19.50/Hour
3pm-11pm M-F
Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO

Unlimited $150 Referral Bonus
Responsibilities of the Team Lead
- Working with team up to 10 to ensure they are meeting requirements
- Provide Inspection guidance, training and auditing along with maintaining customer relationships.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment
Requirements of the Team Lead
- Strong communication
- Lead experience
- Knowledge of inspection techniques
- Experience in manufacturing environment
