Description Position Details Days: Thursdays - Mondays Hours: 12AM (midnight) - 8AM Location: Newbury Park, CA Pay Rate: $ 19 /hour Hire Bonus: $150 paid on 3rd paycheck** Flexible part time and full-time schedules Benefits & Perks for Patrol Officers Health Insurance, Vision Insurance, & Dental insurance 401k College Education Savings plans for full time positions after 1 year of employment Flexible part time and full-time schedules Requirements applicable for all Patrol Officers Valid BSIS Guard Card (Required) Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record (3+ Years) (Required) 1 year vehicle patrol experience (Preferred) Attention to detail Reliable Dependable Punctual Ethical decision making Effective oral and written communication Ability to sit, stand and walk for long periods of time Job Duties for Patrol Officers Prepare detailed and informative daily reports Parking enforcement including issuing citations and conducting tows Interacting with members of the community, management & law enforcement Respond to and handle calls for service Act as a deterrent and address instances of suspicious activity Perform routine property maintenance audits Enforce community rules & regulations Other duties as required Requirements Minimum Requirements for Security Guards Must be 18 years of age or older Applicant must have a current BSIS Guard Card As a condition of employment, applicants can be subject to a background check in accordance with all federal, state and local laws. Those applicants with criminal histories will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants may be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
