Accounting Operations Coordinator

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Accounting Operations Coordinator will manage accounts payable, oversee company credit card and expense processes, and provide internal support to staff while working remotely. Key responsibilities Process vendor invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies Administer the company credit card program, including transaction reconciliation and compliance monitoring Serve as a primary point of contact for finance-related inquiries and assist with onboarding staff on financial systems Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience 2-5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance operations Strong understanding of accounts payable and expense management processes Familiarity with expense management tools such as Expensify and Bill.com Experience with accounting systems like Sage Intacct preferred
