Apparel Operations & Accounting Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented operations professional with a strong accounting background. This hand‑on role is for someone who enjoys working across finance, operations, shipping, and supply‑chain functions in a fast‑paced apparel environment. Responsibilities Accounting & Finance Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Review and reconcile vendor invoices, freight invoices, and customer chargebacks Assist with monthly close and financial reporting Maintain accurate costing, purchase order, and inventory records Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances Coordinate payment schedules with vendors and factories Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and margin analysis Logistics & Operations Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with warehouses, freight forwarders, and carriers Track production deliveries and ensure on‑time order fulfillment Manage inventory movement and inventory reconciliation Monitor shipping compliance, routing guides, labeling, and retailer requirements Work with operations and sales teams on order allocation and fulfillment priorities Troubleshoot shipping delays, shortages, and operational issues Maintain ERP/WMS system accuracy and operational reporting General Operations Communicate with factories, vendors, customers, and internal teams Support operational process improvements and workflow efficiency Help maintain organization across purchasing, inventory, and fulfillment systems Assist leadership with special projects and operational initiatives Qualifications 3+ years of operations, logistics, and/or supply chain experience Strong understanding of AP/AR, inventory, and operational workflows Highly organized with strong attention to detail Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills Preferred Experience Accounting background Apparel wholesale and/or e‑commerce experience Experience with ERP systems, inventory systems, or WMS platforms Experience working with factories and freight forwarders Familiarity with EDI, chargebacks, retailer compliance, and shipping documentation Knowledge of inventory costing and margin reporting Compensation Competitive salary based on experience, plus opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding apparel business. #J-18808-Ljbffr Authentic Lifestyle Products
