What You'll Do

• Improve service department processes and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with training, mentoring, and implementing best practices throughout the company.
• Work closely with Service Managers, technicians, and customers to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
• Support special projects and operational initiatives directed by the Service Director.
• Support International dealership operational standards and compliance initiatives.
• Provide vacation and staffing relief for Service Advisors and Service Managers.
• Travel to dealership locations as business needs require (day trips are typical).

 

What We're Looking For

• Leadership or Service Manager experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
• Mechanical knowledge of medium-duty and heavy-duty trucks is preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with customers, technicians, and coworkers.
• Self-motivated with a high level of professionalism and accountability.
• Willingness to travel between Selking International locations.

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: First Shift

Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana, with travel to other Selking International dealership locations throughout Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan.
