This role is in support of Cencora's third-party logistics service in the US operating through our ICS business.

Shift Details: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm CST Remote - Thursday in office

Pay Details: $19/hr

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for taking incoming calls, taking and completing client orders, and answering client inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism. Customer Service Representative may communicate with English, Spanish and French speaking clients using telephone, fax, e-mail, and computer systems.
• Process orders received via e-mail, on-line order entry and phone on a daily basis and provide confirmations as requested. Route shipments, considering commodity and volume, temperature control, and transit time requirements ensuring timely delivery. Communicate with multiple external and internal customers. Adhere to all procedures, work instructions, and regulatory requirements in performing the job. Communicate with various internal departments on a regular basis for customer/ related issues, including emergency shipments, customer account status, invoices, etc. Maintain accurate information regarding shipment status. Responsible for providing customers and clients with accurate answers to service related questions and complaints regarding shipments and services in a courteous manner and escalates issues to the appropriate person as required. Makes suggestions and recommendations to the Supervisor/Manager in an effort to continually improve customer service operations. Other tasks as assigned.

Skills and Knowledge:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, customer support, order management, customer operations, or sales support, or a related field required.
• Certification in HDI Customer Service Representative (HDI-CSR), CCPC Global Certified Client Service Specialist (CCSS), or equivalent preferred.

Education:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
