Sr Manager, Customer Offerings Based in Santa Clara, CA with opportunities in Cincinnati, OH and Raritan, NJ, the Sr Manager will serve as the primary commercial point of contact for customer‑centered deal offerings including pay‑per‑use, leasing, and structured financing models. The role partners closely with Sales, Finance, Deal Strategy, and Pricing Ops to develop competitive and profitable offerings. Responsibilities Develop and manage OTTAVA deal offerings, including PPU, leasing, and alternative capital models. Support capital sales planning with territory insights, financial structures, and customer value analysis. Partner with Deal Strategy, Pricing Ops, and Finance to validate feasibility and profitability of offerings. Educate Sales and KAM on offering structures, approval requirements, and customer positioning. Track offering performance and market adoption; recommend innovations to enable growth. Qualifications / Requirements 7+ years in customer offerings, capital sales support, commercial finance, or pricing strategy. Strong financial modelling and customer‑value analysis capability.
