Clinical Supervisor – IHBTCWayside Youth and Family Support Network's Milford site is seeking a driven, innovative, strengths-based Clinical Supervisor to be a part of the In Home Based Therapeutic Care (IHBTC) Program serving our Westboro, South County and Canton catchment. The IHBTC program is an intensive, community-based program serving children, adolescents, and families referred by the Department of Mental Health. In this fast-paced program, the Clinical Supervisor will assist the Program Director in overseeing all aspects of the program. The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical supervision to program staff and interns, as well as providing direct care as needed. The Clinical Supervisor is an individual with established experience in navigating behavioral health systems and leading supervisees in expanding their therapeutic skills and interventions. The Clinical Supervisor will team with the Program Director to assure the program is providing high quality therapeutic care that is individualized, culturally responsive, and aligned with Wayside's mission and values.Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00/year + sign-on bonus (half paid after 6 months of employment and half paid after 1 year of employment/pro-rated for part-time).This is a clinical position and due to contract obligations requires an independent license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT).What You Will Do:Provide weekly supervision to Clinicians, Outreach staff, Family Partner, Occupational Therapist, Young Adult Peer Mentor, Interns, and any other program staffParticipate in In Home Based Therapeutic Care family team meetingsComplete annual performance evaluations for superviseesConduct diagnostic assessments and create treatment plans/Individualized Action PlansFacilitate/co-facilitate staff meetingsCoordinate training program for staffProvide face to face emergency coverage to clients when on call and provide back-up to clinicians who are on-callProvide advocacy and care coordination with collaterals as necessary and as requested by familiesAttend all necessary collateral meetings as requiredParticipate in in-service trainings as offered at Wayside Youth & Family and participate in ongoing educational opportunities as required by professional licensing bodiesParticipate in Program Quality Management and Utilization ReviewReview and approve clinical documentation ensuring compliance with Rehab Options requirementsProvide direct clinical services to clients, including, but not limited to in-home individual, couple, and family therapy, behavior management and crisis interventionParticipate in site-wide and agency-wide initiatives to assure and improve clinical qualityAssist in developing continuity of service between other services within Wayside and among collateral providersPerform other functions as assigned by the Program DirectorCompetencies/Traits of Our Superstars:Demonstrates high quality customer service (i.e. the ability to connect with others, approachability, respectful to others)Demonstrates belief in the Agency's mission and valuesDemonstrates strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlinesDemonstrates high ability to multi-task through assessing, managing, and adapting to competing prioritiesHolds knowledge of a broad range of mental health/illnesses, treatment, modalities, and theoryDemonstrates knowledge of how to navigate and access behavioral health services and systems, including DMH, special education law/services, and other social service resourcesDemonstrates strong problem solving and analytical skillsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:Knowledge of child welfare, behavior management, adolescent development, parenting issues, individual/family therapy, DSM-V, trauma-informed care, and psychopharmacologyKnowledge of reflective supervisionProven ability to manage clinical issuesMinimum Requirements:Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or another related human services fieldIndependent licensure required.Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experienceMinimum of three (3) years experience in direct service with children, adolescents, and familiesCurrent valid MA driver's license and reliable carWe will train you in: Motivational Interviewing; Courageous Conversations; Attachment, Regulation and Competency Model (ARC); Trauma Informed Practice; Substance Use Intervention; Risk and Safety Assessment
