The Role:

• Location: Longview, WA
• Assignment duration: 13 weeks (12/07/2026 - 03/08/2027)
• Shift Type: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00). Schedule: Monday through Friday plus 24-hour call.
• In House Call: 24-hour call (unrestricted) as scheduled for consults, rounding, and add-on cases; locum covers call when internal physicians are unavailable.
• Support staff: 3 GI providers, hospitalists, and 2 APPs.
• Patients per day: 12-14
• Patient population/age: Adults
• Cases: Rounding, admissions, and standard endoscopy procedures (No ERCP)
• Site Charting System: Epic
• Willing to accept candidates that need to obtain state license: No, WA license must be in hand at time of presentation.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
