Work Environment

The physical therapy services are provided onsite in our outpatient facility, which is equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment and therapy tools to enhance patient recovery. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, analyzing their physical capabilities and identifying specific rehabilitation needs to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy sessions focused on enhancing patients' mobility, strength, and functionality through targeted exercises, stretches, and activities designed to alleviate pain and improve overall physical health.
• Educate patients on exercise techniques, body mechanics, and home exercise programs to empower them in managing their recovery journey effectively.
• Utilize advanced modalities under the guidance of the Physical Therapist, including electrical stimulation, ultrasound therapy, and heat/cold applications to aid in pain relief and recovery.
• Regularly assess and document patient progress, noting improvements in range of motion, strength, and functional capabilities to track therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are readily available for therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that may include Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Provide emotional support to patients, nurturing a motivating and encouraging environment to help them stay committed to their rehabilitation goals.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines, maintaining patient confidentiality and respecting their rights throughout the treatment process.

Compensation and Benefits
