Work Environment

As an essential member of our outpatient office team, you will work in a dynamic and supportive environment. The clinic's operational hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, giving you the opportunity to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will take place in an onsite setting equipped with modern rehabilitation tools and methods, fostering a therapeutic atmosphere conducive to both staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to develop individualized care plans based on professional assessments and patient goals.
• Administer therapeutic interventions, utilizing a range of techniques to address mobility limitations while promoting swift recovery.
• Maintain a balanced patient caseload to allow for meaningful interactions and ensuring personalized attention for each individual.
• Promote non-invasive treatment options and educate patients on exercise regimens that enhance their mobility and overall well-being.
• Implement evidence-based practices to offer the most effective care tailored to patient-specific needs.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering a positive environment that enhances their recovery.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
