We are seeking a bilingual (English & Spanish) Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team in a multispecialty fee-for-service dental office. If you’re a strong communicator with a proven sales background and a passion for patient care, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate and guide patients through treatment options.

• Build strong patient relationships to ensure treatment acceptance.

• Coordinate and manage treatment plans with efficiency and accuracy.

• Assist in achieving office goals by using sales techniques to promote patient care.

Requirements:

• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (applicants who are not bilingual will not be considered).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Sales experience is a must.

• Dental background and familiarity with dental terminology is a must.
