Dental Receptionist

Job Description Job Description The Dental Receptionist plays a vital role in supporting a small dental team of 2-5 members by managing both clinical and administrative tasks. This position involves occasional assisting the dentist chairside during procedures, taking x-rays, but mainly coordinating patient appointments, and handling front desk responsibilities with regular patient interaction. The ideal candidate will provide efficient insurance verification and billing support while fostering a welcoming environment for patients.

Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
Assist dentist chairside during dental procedures
Manage front desk reception duties
Verify dental insurance coverage and benefits
Support billing and invoicing processes
Insurance Verification

Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience as Dental Receptionist

Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in chairside assistance and dental radiography
Experience with patient scheduling and appointment coordination
Effective communication and multitasking skills
Bilingual in Spanish or Ukraine.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality control
