Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and psychological assessments, utilizing virtual platforms to understand client needs and establish treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapy sessions, providing individual and group counseling for various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationships challenges.

• Engage in regular supervision meetings with a site supervisor to discuss case management, treatment plans, and clinical best practices.

• Attend staff meetings and collaborate with fellow clinical staff to share insights, experiences, and best practices that enhance the quality of care delivered.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of community resources, integrating these into treatment strategies to support clients’ holistic needs.

• Document client interactions and progress comprehensively, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and legal requirements.

• Prepare for client sessions by reviewing case notes and conducting relevant research to tailor therapy approaches effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• No history of Medical Malpractice Claims, verified by a Third Party.
\n
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Prior work experience in a community health setting is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, which is commensurate with experience and caseload management.
