What You ll Do:

• Provide advanced neonatal care in collaboration with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in high-risk deliveries and perform neonatal procedures
• Assist in clinical decision-making, patient management, and family education
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives aligned with evidence-based practices
• Support pediatric subspecialty care in surgery, cardiology, and neurology
• Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented environment with mentorship programs
• Maintain high standards of neonatal care through ongoing professional development

What You Need:

• Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (cannot accept FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications)
• Michigan State licensure or eligibility
• 0+ years of NNP experience (2+ preferred)
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal intensive care
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to high-acuity situations
