Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a contract opportunity in an employer-based clinic setting in Saginaw, MI. This role focuses on delivering high-quality preventative, primary, and acute care services in a structured outpatient environment.

• Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM 11:00 AM
• No weekends
• 24 hours per week

Contract Dates:

• Start: June 15, 2026
• End: September 18, 2026
• Extension possible

• Annual physicals and preventative care visits
• Chronic condition management
• Acute and urgent care treatment
• Biometric screenings
• Lab draws
• Immunizations (flu, allergy injections)
• Women s health services
• Pediatric care

EMR System: Epic

• Perform physical exams, evaluations, and diagnostic testing
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Prescribe medications within scope of practice
• Educate patients on treatment plans and health management
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with care teams per state guidelines

• Active Nurse Practitioner license (Michigan)
• Board Certification (AANP or ANCC preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of NP experience preferred
• Current CPR certification (if applicable)
• Ability to maintain collaborative agreements as required
• Must meet all credentialing, compliance, and health requirements

• Employer-based outpatient clinic
• Adult and pediatric patient population
• Interview required
• No travel required
