Keep reading.ProMach's Brenton is currently seeking a Controls Technician to commission, test and debug packaging/palletizing/stretch wrapping equipment. Provide electrical and controls support to Mechanical leads, Service Department and Brenton customers.Are you motivated about this work?Troubleshoot PLC, Robotic and HMI programs for new and retrofit projects.Work with electrical designers on updates electrical schematics.Commission, test and debug robotic systems at Brenton facility.Ensure Brenton electrical standard are followed in controls designs.Provide technical support for customers both in the field and telephone troubleshooting.Domestic and International travel for machine installation support as required (up to 35% at times)If this sounds like you, we want to connect!Knowledge of components including Allen Bradley PLCs, Fanuc robots, misc I/O devices, VFDs, servos, HMIs, pneumatics, safety circuits, vision and various industrial networks.Experience in Allen Bradley programming software RsLogix500, RsLogix5000 and FactoryTalk Studio ME.Ability to understand electrical schematics and read 2D & 3D AutoCad mechanical drawings.Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in written form.Ability to work independently and well with others.Ability to work in Microsoft's Office products (Word & Excel)What's in it for you?There's no monopoly on innovative ideas or limits to how far you can advance with our team.
