Strategic HR Tech Partner for IT Transformation
CSL
CSL is seeking an HR IT Business Partner to act as the strategic advisor for IT, ensuring that HR strategies align with technological agendas. This role involves collaborating with leaders across HR and IT to improve organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in HR IT and a strong understanding of BioPharma HR technology trends. Flexibility for international travel is required.
