You're the person customers call when they need an answer. You're the person production and shipping rely on to keep commitments on track. And you're the person who turns a good order process into a great customer experience. This isn't a role where you disappear into a queue of tickets. You sit at the center of the action — sales, production, shipping, and accounting all come through you, which means you get a real view of how the business runs and a real say in how smoothly it runs. The team values accuracy and initiative, and there's genuine room to grow as you build expertise across the order lifecycle. Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries by phone and email, keeping communication timely and professional Accurately enter and manage customer orders in the ERP system, from pricing and quantities to shipping instructions and delivery dates Coordinate with sales, production, and shipping to keep delivery commitments on track and proactively communicate any changes Maintain clean, accurate customer records and support the broader team with documentation and reporting 2–5 years of customer service or order entry experience Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfort working in an ERP system, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word A customer-focused, problem-solving mindset and professional phone etiquette High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree is a plus Compensation is competitive and will be discussed during the screening process.
