Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator for a full-time opportunity in Fresno, CA within the industrial construction, infrastructure, and compliance field. This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of experience who is ready to build a long-term career in construction compliance, contract administration, and project documentation.

The Contracts Administrator will support project teams by managing contract records, subcontractor compliance, bidding documentation, and project closeout requirements. Key Responsibilities

- Support the bidding process by preparing, organizing, and tracking required documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage contract documentation, subcontractor qualification records, compliance files, and project records from bid through closeout.
- Maintain logs, tracking systems, and project documentation to support legal, regulatory, and operational requirements.
- Partner with project managers and internal teams to ensure clear communication, timely follow-up, and accurate document control.
- Monitor compliance with contractual requirements, public works requirements, prevailing wage standards, and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Support project closeout by collecting, organizing, and maintaining complete and compliant closeout documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour.
- Location: Fresno, CA.
