Key Responsibilities\n

The LPC will have a diverse range of responsibilities that include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of patients' mental health and co-developing treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Maintaining ongoing communication with supervisors and team members to discuss patient progress and collaboratively adjust treatment as necessary.

• Tracking and documenting client appointments, home visits, and observations, ensuring all progress notes are comprehensive and timely.

• Conducting follow-up assessments and interventions as required, ensuring a holistic approach to ongoing care.

• Creating training sessions and resource materials to enhance the capabilities of all team members in executing the program plan effectively.

• Acting as a liaison between clients and the broader mental health community to facilitate support and resources for patient development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Mind Teletherapy Counseling Center, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including both adults and youth. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
