Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using a wide variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate clients' goals and preferences and reflect ongoing assessment of their progress.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team—including psychiatrists and psychologists—to provide coordinated and comprehensive treatment for clients.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, helping clients learn coping skills and strategies to manage their mental health.

• Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary to ensure clients' well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical and legal standards in social work practice.

• Engage in regular consultation with team members to discuss complex cases and enhance treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients, including adults and children facing various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, and other emotional disturbances. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
