Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify each client's mental health needs, utilizing both telehealth technologies and, when needed, in-person evaluations.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress within our electronic health record (EHR) and practice management systems, ensuring compliance and continuity of care.

• Create detailed progress notes, treatment summaries, and case reports as required to facilitate care coordination and track client progress.

Qualifications\n
