Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to develop tailored treatment plans for children and adolescents facing mental health challenges.

• Providing individual and group therapy sessions using diverse therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and play therapy.

• Monitoring clients’ progress and modifying treatment plans as needed to meet evolving client needs.

• Collaborating with parents, guardians, and other healthcare providers to advocate for clients and ensure continuity of care.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical guidelines and organizational policies.

• Participating in regular team meetings to discuss case management and share insights on therapeutic strategies.

This role primarily focuses on supporting children and adolescents, addressing a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Active and independent mental health license (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) in Pennsylvania.

• A Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a relevant counseling field.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
