You will bring your expertise to our innovative programs designed to facilitate meaningful healing and personal growth, including our Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and General Outpatient Program (GOP).

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to each client’s unique treatment plan, employing evidence-based therapeutic strategies.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to create a comprehensive care plan for clients.

• Facilitate goal-setting sessions with clients, helping them to define and pursue their recovery objectives.

• Provide case management services, including connecting clients with resources such as psychiatric evaluations, support groups, or substance abuse rehabilitation.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans using our electronic health record systems.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
