Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient needs, identifying appropriate therapeutic interventions and resources.

• Utilize standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews to accurately determine the presence of mental health disorders, substance use issues, and social determinants related to health.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy to address a diverse array of mental health and behavioral concerns.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that include measurable objectives, regularly assessing patients' progress and outcomes.

• Coordinate ongoing care for patients by facilitating referrals to community services, ensuring smooth transitions and continuity of care.

• Document assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries meticulously to remain compliant with regulatory standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The candidate will work closely with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. These may include anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. This role emphasizes culturally responsive and client-centered care, ensuring that each patient's unique background and needs are recognized and addressed effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of 3 years of recent clinical experience in mental health counseling or therapy.

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Demonstrable ability to collaborate effectively in an interdisciplinary team environment.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical problem-solving skills.

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and familiarity with documentation standards.

Preferred Experience\n

Previous experience in outpatient mental health settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with community resources and referral services for mental health support could greatly benefit client outcomes. Additional certifications or training in evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is a plus.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
