Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their mental health status and develop personalized therapy plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Engage in regular one-on-one sessions with clients, guiding them through therapeutic exercises that empower them to manage their mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be responsible for a diverse client population, including adolescents and adults experiencing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of post-license clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
