Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical assessments and therapeutic interventions for clients and families experiencing mental health crises, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Lead and mentor a dispatched mobile team of first responders during onsite crisis interventions, ensuring that appropriate support and treatment recommendations are offered in real-time.

• Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals and first responders to transport clients to necessary levels of care when required.
\n
• Conduct thorough assessments to develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' needs, and create tailored treatment plans aimed at fostering recovery and personal growth.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of community resources to make appropriate referrals for case management, aftercare services, and support systems.
\n
• Document all clinical interactions accurately and in accordance with organizational policies, ensuring compliance and quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes individuals facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A current and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting, with a preference for experience in telehealth or crisis intervention.

• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills, particularly regarding the assessment and treatment of mental health disorders.

• Knowledge of adolescent mental health issues and co-occurring disorders is highly desirable.
\n
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment while providing excellent client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
