This role is primarily remote, offering flexibility while you work from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of assigned clients, incorporating therapeutic modalities that align with best practices.

• Assess children and families through conducting comprehensive evaluations to meet the medical necessity and DSM V diagnostic criteria, ensuring that clinical approaches are effective and appropriate.

• Lead the development and facilitation of psycho-educational groups and parenting classes that address common challenges faced by clients, thereby promoting understanding and fostering skill-building.

• Maintain detailed client case documentation, completing all necessary program forms and statistical data tracking to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Timely and accurate charting, reporting, and submission of all necessary statistical information related to the assigned client population to meet agency and contractual obligations.

• Meet established productivity metrics by billing a required number of reimbursable hours, contributing to the financial sustainability of the clinic.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is essential.

• Self-motivated individual capable of taking initiative regarding billing hours and maintaining up-to-date client documentation.
