Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for a flexible work schedule while maintaining regular communication and collaboration with team members. Our outpatient office serves as a hub for our clinic’s operations and is equipped with modern tools and resources to facilitate effective virtual therapy sessions. Clinicians work primarily Monday through Friday during daytime hours, fostering a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing individualized therapy sessions, as well as facilitating group and family therapy, addressing the specific needs of assigned populations.

• Engaging with clients through child and family counseling, ensuring they meet medical necessity and DSM V diagnostic criteria.
\n
• Designing and leading psycho-educational groups and parenting classes that educate and empower clients, promoting mental wellness in the community.

• Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation, including client case materials, program forms, and statistical data, to ensure compliance and effective therapeutic tracking.

• Meeting billing requirements by maintaining a predetermined number of reimbursable hours and ensuring accurate submission of insurance claims.

• Collaborating with fellow clinicians, participating in clinical supervision, and contributing to team meetings aimed at enhancing service delivery and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work closely with a varied client population consisting primarily of children and families requiring mental health support. Clients may present with issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and family dynamics. By providing tailored therapeutic interventions and support strategies, our counselors play a crucial role in driving positive change and enhancing clients’ overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are essential for this role:

• A master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and valid licensure in Pennsylvania as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• Self-motivated with the capacity to independently seek out and document necessary billing hours.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
