Key Responsibilities\n

  Assess clients’ mental health conditions through comprehensive evaluations and intake assessments, focusing on their unique needs and concerns.

  Conduct individual and group therapy sessions based on established treatment plans, actively using therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

  Work collaboratively with physicians, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to communicate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

  Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR), including clinical notes and progress reports, adhering to state regulations and clinic policies.

  Coordinate with clients’ families and support systems to ensure seamless discharge planning and continuity of care, addressing any barriers to treatment as they arise.

Compensation and Benefits\n
