This full-time role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, complemented by an outpatient office facility for occasional in-person collaboration and meetings. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions, using various therapeutic modalities to address the unique needs of clients, helping them navigate challenges and improve their mental health.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to create and refine comprehensive care plans for clients.

• Maintain detailed and compliant clinical documentation to ensure continuity of care and adherence to regulatory standards.

• Implement and evaluate effective therapeutic strategies to support clients’ emotional and psychological well-being, adapting approaches as their needs evolve.

• Engage in outreach initiatives and community engagement activities aimed at raising awareness about mental health resources and supporting overall community wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. We emphasize a client-centered approach that respects individual experiences and promotes healing in a safe, judgement-free environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience within a mental health setting, demonstrating competency in therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
