Operations Manager

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join The Syndicate @Signature Real Estate Group. This is a key leadership support role responsible for keeping our team running at the highest level. ROLE: Operations Manager TEAM: The Syndicate @ Signature Real Estate Group KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Team Onboarding & Offboarding Manage the full lifecycle of team member transitions. This includes coordinating onboarding processes for new agents and staff, and ensuring smooth, professional offboarding when team members depart. File Management & Transaction Coordination Oversee all active and archived team files, maintaining accuracy and compliance. Serve as the primary liaison with outside Transaction Coordinators to ensure deadlines and documentation standards are met. Board Meetings & Team Events Plan, schedule, and facilitate all team board meetings and company events, including agenda preparation, logistics coordination, vendor management, and post-event follow-up. Financial Accountability & Team P&L Track and account for all team income and expenses, process reimbursements, and maintain an accurate Profit & Loss statement that provides leadership with clear, timely financial reporting. Listing Marketing Management Oversee all marketing efforts for team listings, coordinating photography, digital campaigns, signage, print materials, and social media to ensure consistent branding across every property. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Syndicate at Signature
