Work you'll do As a Manager, Functional Transformation on the Moveworks team, you will be responsible for leading AI-powered employee experience engagements across implementation, expansion, and optimization efforts for Fortune 500 clients. Lead multiple Moveworks engagements across implementation, use case expansion, and platform optimization, including scope, budget, resource, timeline, and risk managementManage and develop consultants and senior consultants through day-to-day coaching, feedback, and performance oversightServe as a primary project-level client contact for stakeholders across Human Resources, Information Technology, and Information SecurityLead workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder reviews to define user journeys, sprint priorities, and configuration decisions for knowledge management, conversational flows, enterprise search, and agentic AI capabilitiesOversee integration planning and solution delivery for Moveworks with platforms such as ServiceNow, Workday, and other enterprise systems that support employee service workflowsContribute to business development and practice development activities, including proposals, scoping, client presentations, methodology refinement, and knowledge sharing A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to mentor and provide clear guidance to others The team Our HR Strategy & Technology Offering is dedicated to developing leading global HR strategies and implementing cutting-edge HR technologies. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree6+ years of experience implementing enterprise platforms, such as Workday, ServiceNow, or similar systems, including configuration, application programming interface (API) integrations, testing, and deploymentAbility to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Preferred: 3+ years of experience in client relationship management with senior stakeholders at the Director level or above3+ years of experience in solution architecture and system design for AI-driven employee experiences3+ years of experience with Moveworks platform configuration, Agent Studio, or similar conversational artificial intelligence platforms3+ years of experience collaborating with Human Resources, Information Technology, Information Security, and platform teams to deliver technical solutions3+ years of program management experience overseeing multiple concurrent workstreams2+ years of experience managing consulting engagements or project teams with responsibility for scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $141,200 to $278,300. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
