Job Opportunity – Vascular Surgery Physician – Pennsylvania

Start Date: July 2

Location: Pennsylvania

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 24-hour call coverage. Shifts begin Friday at 7:00 AM or 3:00 PM and Monday at 7:00 AM. Coverage needed every weekend with ongoing contract opportunities. Average callback time is approximately 2 hours per day.

Highlights:

• Provide vascular surgery coverage across two hospital locations approximately 25 minutes apart, totaling 150 beds
• Advanced Practice Provider available for first assist support
• Case mix includes bypass procedures and amputations, serving adult patient population (18+)
• EPIC electronic medical record system in use
• Ongoing contract with scheduled coverage dates extending into 2026
• Drive-in arrangement with temporary privileges available for urgent needs and clean credentialing files

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery
• Active Pennsylvania medical license or IMLC/LOQ required
• Valid DEA registration
• Minimum 1 year of vascular surgery experience
• Clean credentialing file; no malpractice settlements over $500K or more than 3 settlements (cases over 20 years old may be considered)
• Credentialing timeframe: 90 days (temporary privileges available for qualified candidates with clean files)
