Staffing - Sales Executive - Hybrid or Remote

Compensation & Benefits Base pay range: $115,000 to $140,000 On‑target earnings up to $300,000 (uncapped commissions) Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits Responsibilities Prospect and develop new client relationships through calls, networking, referrals, and outreach Meet with hiring managers and executives to understand their workforce challenges Sell temporary staffing, direct hire, and workforce solutions Build a strong sales pipeline and consistently close new business Partner with recruiting team to deliver qualified candidates quickly Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements Grow and maintain long‑term client partnerships Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals Qualifications Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the staffing industry Proven ability to develop and maintain high‑value client relationships Strong negotiation and pipeline management skills Results‑oriented with a track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals #J-18808-Ljbffr
