Business Development Manager

PrideStaff & PrideStaff Financial North Dallas is seeking a driven, high-impact Business Development Manager to lead growth across the North Dallas market.
This is an opportunity for a true hunter. Someone who thrives on opening doors, building strategic partnerships, and turning opportunity into revenue.
If you’re motivated by uncapped earnings, market ownership, and the ability to build something meaningful , this role offers the platform and support to do it.
You’ll play a critical role in expanding market share, partnering with organizations to deliver tailored workforce solutions, and positioning our client as a trusted staffing partner.
Location: Addison, TX (Dallas North Tollway & Quorum Drive)
Schedule: Hybrid
Compensation: Base + uncapped commission + full benefits
What You’ll Do
- Drive new business development across the North Dallas market
- Identify, pursue, and close new client partnerships
- Build and manage your own pipeline and book of business
- Develop strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets
- Act as a consultative partner, delivering workforce solutions to clients
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitive activity
- Lead client presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure client success
- Represent the organization at networking events and in the local business community
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of business development or outside sales experience (staffing experience a plus)
- Proven track record of generating new business and closing deals
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Self-starter with a competitive, results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
