Our structure enables our teams to maintain their own unique, regional culture.Our Northeast division is seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual who will serve as an Associate Account Executive for one of our Commercial Lines departments.Functions and Responsibilities will include:Responsibilities include issuance of certificates of insurance, ID cards, schedules of insurance, and billing schedules.Processing endorsements, invoices, and entering exposure data within the Applied Epic AMSLiaise with Accounting department, financing companies, and direct bill carriers to maintain up to date billing schedules for each clientPass marketing, policy, and coverage correspondence to appropriate contacts within the teamPerform other specific duties as directed by the Account ExecutiveRespond to certificate requests and payment inquiries in a timely mannerProcess add/term requests as directed by AEHandle epic activities associated with the onboarding process, renewal process, endorsement process, etc.Follow up with carriers for outstanding policies, endorsements, invoices, and other open itemsTracking and maintaining a log of follow-up emails to clients and to marketsReaching out to clients directly regarding delinquent payments, notices of cancellation, notices of rescission, etc.Delivering policies and endorsements to clients after policy check has been completedQualifications:2+ years servicing experience preferably with a brokerage companyMust be proficient in Microsoft ExcelGood oral and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills are a mustNY P&C Licensed requiredEpic software experienceThe expected salary range for this position is $29.12/hr - $43.41/hr and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
